Delete your Adaptive Strength Coach account
Adaptive Strength Coach is provided by Arx Algorithms. You can start permanent account deletion here without reinstalling or opening the app.
Request deletion
Enter only the email address used for your Adaptive Strength Coach account. We will send a secure link to that address so another person cannot delete your account.
Data deleted
After successful confirmation, deletion is immediate in the live service and includes:
- your Supabase authentication account, email identity, active sessions and cloud profile;
- account-linked cloud rows, including any synced settings, custom training content, plans or workout records that exist for that account;
- your RevenueCat customer profile and entitlement history associated with the Adaptive Strength Coach user ID.
Adaptive Strength Coach currently has no Supabase file-storage buckets, so there are no account uploads or photos to delete from that service. Data stored only on your phone is not remotely accessible to Arx Algorithms; remove the app or clear its storage to erase that local copy.
Data not controlled by the deleted app account
- Apple App Store or Google Play records: deleting the app account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store where it was purchased. Apple and Google may retain transaction records for billing, fraud prevention, tax and legal compliance under their own published retention policies; Arx Algorithms does not control those periods.
- Security and infrastructure logs: the deletion form keeps the email and access token out of page URLs and application logs. The current Supabase plan retains platform logs for one day. Routine Railway service logs may be retained for the plan-specific platform period, but this application does not write the submitted email or token to them.
- Support correspondence: no support message is created by the automated form. If you separately email support, that correspondence is retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
The current Supabase project has no automatic database backups. If the infrastructure plan changes, this page and the Privacy Policy must be updated before different retention is claimed.
Delete from the app
In Adaptive Strength Coach, open Account, then choose Delete account. That action opens this same secure request flow. Logging out, uninstalling the app, pausing a workout or cancelling a subscription does not delete the account.
