How to request deletion
- Email [email protected].
- Use the subject line: Adaptive Strength Coach Account Deletion Request.
- Send the request from the email address linked to your Adaptive Strength Coach account, or include that account email in the message.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is completed.
What will be deleted
- Your Adaptive Strength Coach cloud account profile.
- Your saved training preferences, exercise rules, and programme settings stored in our cloud profile.
- Your cloud-synced readiness data, training history, workout logs, and related athlete profile data.
- Your cloud-linked launch analytics state and profile image reference, where applicable.
What may be retained
- Store billing records managed by Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat may be retained separately under those providers' own policies.
- Basic support, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance records related to the deletion request may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary to complete the request.
Deletion timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a longer retention period is legally required for a limited subset of records, those records will be retained only for that purpose and duration.
Local device data
Deleting your cloud account does not automatically erase data already stored locally on your device. To remove local on-device data, sign out and delete the app or use the in-app local reset tools where available.
